IS THERE A REQUIRED MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
For all items sold by the yard, the minimum order size is 1 yard.
WHAT IS FABRIC POST RETURN POLICY?
Fabrics and trims are not returnable if the items are on sale. All sales are FINAL! Please be aware of this when placing an order.
WHAT IS FABRIC POST EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges are not accepted. We strongly recommend you order a swatch before you place a fabric or trim order. If you place an order and cancel it you'll be charged a 20% restocking fee.
WILL MY FABRIC BE SHIPPED IN ONE CUT?
Yes, it will arrive to you in 1 continuous cut.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I'VE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF AN ITEM'S COLOR?
We do our best to describe an item's color in each description we write. We hold each fabric to the window to observe the color in natural light. In spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact colors or color matching because of this simple fact: Variations in the monitor or mobile color settings are just too wide from device to device. This is why we strongly encourage you to order a swatch/color card before purchasing your fabric or trim. Trust us, customers who follow this advice never regret this step. If you are concerned that a fabric may become sold out by the time you receive your swatch, you can always contact Fabric Post customer service to ask if this is likely to happen with the fabric you are swatching.
I SEE THE LETTERS "CL" AND "R." WHAT DO THEY MEAN?
CL stands for Closeout. Closeout fabrics are fabrics Fabric Post acquires from designers who have excess fabric at the end of a season or year. These fabrics cannot be reproduced, re-created or reordered, so it's best not to wait too long to purchase a fabric marked CL. Once it's gone, it's gone.
R stands for Reorderable. Reorderable fabrics are generally always in stock, or available again within a few days.
I ORDERED A FABRIC AND IT APPEARS DEFECTIVE OR HAS A FLAW IN IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Fabric Post makes every effort to provide its customers with exceptional fabric and other top-quality goods. In the event a fabric or product does arrive damaged or defective, we strongly recommend you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. Please contact sales@fabricpost.com and include photos of the damaged fabric.
WHOLESALE
CAN I BUY FABRIC AT WHOLESALE RATES?
Yes, we make considerations for wholesale purchases that are 25 yards or more, depending on fabric type. Please contact sales@fabricpost.com for additional wholesale information.
SHIPPING
<HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We are opened Monday - Friday. Any orders received on Friday are usually sent out on the following Monday.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours. After being processed below are the shipping timetables:
USPS Ground arrives in 2-7 business days once shipped.
*International orders via first class have no tracking capabilities only international priority mail does. If your ordering international and want to make sure your items can be tracked you'll have to pay for priority international.*
**We aren't responsible for custom fee charges incurred due to customs. We mark the exact item price on the postage/custom forms.
**We monitor, create claims, and inquiries for packages that go wayward!
CAN I HAVE A SWATCH/SAMPLE OF A FABRIC?
$1 for each swatch/sample.
There is also a limit of swatches per customer (5 per customer). It's due to the high demand of swatches we are cutting on the daily basis.
